Job Description
The primary role of the Power Sales Specialist (Sales Associate) is to present & sell appropriate product solutions to our B2B clients. A sales associate creates sales opportunities by prospecting, following up on leads, performing cold calls, qualifying opportunities, and solving our clients' problems. To be successful in this role, a sales associate will need to develop an understanding of our sales process and products and demonstrate superb interpersonal skills.

We have a turnkey sales process. We provide new sales associates all our sales operation's manuals and sales scripts during onboarding. Then we train new sales associates on all the processes. Our organization invests in an abundance of professional development to provide our employees the ultimate opportunity for success.

Starting base salary is $40k + amazing commission and bonus program with clear opportunities for advancement.

  • Collaborate with the sales team, engineers, and our partner's product managers to obtain accurate information of application usage and system operations of TRC's power solutions.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by continually prospecting for new clients.
  • Perform a minimum of 120 daily outbound phone calls
  • Meet daily key performance indicators and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients
  • Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
  • Develop a complete understanding of our products and industry
  • Have a desire to excel in a sales driven environment.

  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
