Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum 3 years' experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google applications, CRM ability and basic website ability
• QuickBooks experience
• Bookkeeping experience
• Valid Driver's License for required travel

Job Description:
Chamber Board
• Sets up Chamber Board of Directors meetings at the direction of the Board Chair or President/CEO, including arrangements for meals
• Serves as Board liaison and emails notices of Board meetings
• Prepares Board meeting packets for Directors
• Attends and takes notes of meetings and prepares meeting minutes timely for approval by the Board Secretary, Chair and President/CEO
• Handles other duties as requested by the President / CEO

Finances
• Oversees general billings and statements
• Processes individual billing when necessary, including billing for special events
• Ensures the President/CEO and Vice President of Operations are kept apprised of all financial aspects of the Chamber.
• Provides financial information to the president
• Enters deposits in QuickBooks
• Enters bills in QuickBooks and prepares payments when authorized by President/CEO
• Invoices partners for pro rata portions of utilities and other agreed upon expenses for Welcome Center

General Office
• Supervises Welcome Center front desk staff and volunteers
• Assists at the chamber functions and special events. Usually handles check-in and accepting payments
• Attends staff meetings
• Assists with purchases rental and/or maintenance of furniture and equipment
• Monitors and administers general insurance coverage for the organization including building and directors' policies
• Provides and/or supervises administrative support to and for the president
• Maintains and updates computer equipment and software upon approval by President
• Maintains all general supplies at an adequate level and approves general office supply purchases
• Monitors and replenishes postage machine
• Arranges for repair/maintenance of building and equipment
• Ensure that copier, postage equipment and all other shared office equipment are in good repair.
• 
Responsible for acquiring any outside maintenance and repair required on such equipment
• Maintain scheduling of Welcome Center conference rooms including invoicing or payment for fees for use of conference room
• Other duties as requested

Membership
• Works with Member Relations Manager to maintain primary member financial records

Committees
• Works with Vice President of Operations to generate financial reports for the various arms of the Chamber to include: BWA, YPs, Leadership Citrus and the Ambassadors
• Handles all accounts payable and receivables for the various Chamber committees

Work Schedule: Full-time Days - 40 hours per week. Occasional evening or weekend as needed

Salary: $14.00 - $14.43 per hour DOE. Opportunities for bonuses.
